Thursday 19th June 2025 | 10am | CPD : 1 Hours

Webinar Details:

This presentation will be delivered by Rachel McGovern, Deputy CEO of Brokers Ireland, and Kimberley Hyland, Mortgage Manager at Brokers Ireland Network Services. Kimberley will discuss mortgage credit products and the incentives available for intermediaries. Following this, Rachel will provide an overview of ancillary products required when applying for a mortgage, which include stamp duty, valuations, BER certificates, life cover, and buildings insurance.

Please note that CPD (Category 7) is subject to accreditation approval, and will apply to attendees who register and attend the full duration of this presentation.

NOTE:

Under the Minimum Competency Code 2017, there is a requirement for members of the board of a mortgage credit intermediary to complete 6 hours continuous professional development (CPD) as outlined in provision 2.2.2 of the MCC 2017 see enclosed link. This requirement is for members of the board even if they are not advising.

If the individual already holds a recognised mortgage qualification and is completing their 15 hours CPD, there is no additional requirement. To help board members of brokerages obtain the required CPD, Brokers Ireland have developed a 6 hour program that will be tailored for this purpose and presented via webinars from 04 -27th June 2024.

The schedule of presentations and links to register can be found below. In order to comply with this requirement, members must attend the full six hour session in order to obtain CPD hours.

As these presentations are webinars, you will need to register for each presentation separately.
