These consultations providing further clarity on the EU’s AML Regulations with particular attention on the conducting of customer due diligence.

Meet Ian Hotton

Ian is a compliance professional with over 25 years’ experience across the offshore and onshore consulting, private banking, fund administration, asset management and crypto asset sectors in critical compliance and regulatory matters. He is a former Head of Compliance and MLRO at Aon Investments Limited, where he designed, implemented, and oversaw the compliance and AML/CFT frameworks. His mission is to navigate the complex and evolving regulatory landscape, achieve compliance excellence, and fight financial crime. He is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association.
