Webinar Details:
The Gender Pay Gap Information Act introduced the legislative basis for gender pay gap reporting in Ireland. The Act requires organisations to report on their hourly gender pay gap across a range of metrics. Organisations with 50+ employees are required to commence reporting from 2025.
In June all companies that have over 50 employees will be required to choose a snapshot date. Employers then have six months from the snapshot date to publish their GPG report, including the narrative.
Join Platform55 and Citris for an information session explaining what is involved and what your Gender Pay Gap Reporting obligations are. On this session we will cover:
- The Metrics: What You Have to Report
Companies must provide clear, structured data on gender pay disparities. The core reporting requirements typically include Mean Gender Pay Gap, Median Gender Pay Gap, Bonus Pay Gap, Proportion Receiving Bonuses, Pay Quartiles. - The Narrative: The Story Behind the Numbers
Alongside the figures, companies must provide a written explanation to give context and outline plans for improvement. This should include, Understanding the Gap, Progress & Actions, Future Commitments, Transparency & Accountability
Together we will explore practical steps for compliance & impact.
