Meet Alanbek Yussupov

Alanbek Yussupov serves as Chief Operating Officer, leveraging more than 20 years of expertise at the intersection of banking, technology, and operations. In his previous role as Group Head of Change and Technology at Medirect Bank, he oversaw the bank’s comprehensive technology infrastructure and managed a diverse portfolio of commercial and regulatory change initiatives. Before joining Medirect Bank, Yussupov honed his financial acumen as a Structured Finance Associate at Merrill Lynch International in London. His unique blend of technical knowledge and banking experience enables him to drive operational excellence and strategic technological transformation in his current role as COO.

Meet Olga Brindley

Olga Brindley serves as Head of Underwriting, bringing over two decades of extensive mortgage industry expertise to the role. Throughout her 24-year career in the Irish mortgage sector, she has developed comprehensive knowledge of mortgage origination, arrears management, and regulatory compliance. Prior to her current position, Brindley held the role of Senior Manager of the Arrears Support Unit at KBC Bank Ireland, where she demonstrated her strategic leadership in managing complex mortgage portfolios. Her deep understanding of end-to-end mortgage processes and regulatory frameworks has been instrumental in shaping effective underwriting strategies and maintaining high standards of risk management.
